Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. 

Shipping Rates and Estimated Arrival Time

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee estimated arrival times. Circumstances out of our control, like weather delays, can impact the delivery time. However, you will be able to track your order online once it has been shipped.

Damages 

If your order arrives damaged please make sure to take pictures and write to us at care@themadhatters.in. We’ll do our best to make it right.  

Shipping Address Change

If you would like to change your shipping address, kindly send us an email to care@themadhatters.in. If the order has already been shipped, we would not be able to make any changes.
